Description: Various provisions to strengthen school disciplinary powers. Allow the use of force to protect property or persons. Allow disciplining students for off-campus conduct. Provide lawsuit immunity for some medical actions with students. The HCS is an omnibus education bill including allowing school uniform requirements & restricting student athletes with concussions from resuming play. The SS contains a part of the administration's package to balance the state's budget.
