    Description: Expand a provision that allows state job development training funds to be provided to a consortium of companies. Currently, only qualified companies providing training can be part of the consortium. This bill would allow funds to be provided to a consortium in which a majority of the companies met the requirements.

    Description: Impose various requirements and restrictions on foster care. Restrict courts and parties in a child case to "defer to the resonable decisions" of a child's designated care giver. Require children 14 years of age or older be consulted on their case plans.
