Description: Expand the law requiring financial disclosure by public officials. Include debts and employment details. Include some workers of public officials. Let the Ethics Commission provide financial rewards to those who report ethics violations from the resulting fines. Prohibit filing for office as a "feigned candidate" just to take votes away from another candidate.

    Description: Repeal a provision that lets lobbyists avoid disclosing the name of legislators benefiting from lobbyist spending by giving to a legislative committee or an entire chamber. Require the Ethics Commission establish an online filing system for reporting within 24 hours a lobbyist gift of expenditure for a public official. Expand campaign finance disclosure requirments.
