    Description: Declare that Missourian's are free to refuse any requirement to purchase health insurance, upon voter approval. The original bill was limited to a provision to allow a stock insurance company dissolve and liquidate, but only if approved by the Insurance Department director. But it was changed by the SS, adopted by the House.

    Description: Allow advance ballots to be cast during the second week before the election. The HCS would require a government issued photo ID to vote. In 2006, in a 6-1 decision, the Missouri Supreme Court struck down a similar requirement passed earlier that year by the legislature.
