Description: Impose a restriction on use of the Alcohol and Tobacco Control Fund by the Alcohol and Tobacco Control Division. Limit use to pursuing specific provisions of the division's authority involving implementation and enforcement. Under curent law, the fund's money can be spent on nearly anything involving liquor control.
