Wrap: The Missouri Roundtable for life says their proposal summary was worded in such a way that would bias voters against it.

The ballot initiative would restrict state health care money from funding abortion or stem cell research.

The group is filing against Secretary of State Robin Carnahan and State Auditor Susan Montee because they are responsible for drafting the summary which is printed on the ballots.

This is not the first time his organization filed such litigation, a similar suit was thrown out by judges over the summer.

From Jefferson City, I'm Allison Blood.
