Secretary Carnahan aims to give Missouri one of the highest audit standards in the country.

Description: "It will put Missouri in the top tier of states in the country in terms of the audits and security check..."

Her plan is to increase the audit from 1 percent to 5 percent and she said that this goal is defiantly within reach.
