Talent's U.S. Senate win official

Jim Talent's win for U.S. Senator is official. Elizabeth Gill has more from Jefferson City:

Secretary of State Matt Blunt certified the results from the November 5th election, starting the final chain of events that will send Jim Talent to the U.S. Senate. Blunt does not expect any delays in getting Talent to Washington quickly:

Blunt certified the results of all other state-wide elections as well. Election officials turned in more than two thousand valid provisonal ballots. But, the votes made no difference to the final outcome. From the State Capitol, I'm Elizabeth Gill.
