Proposals Made to Eliminate Loopholes in Current Security Laws

Republicans want to make it hard for terrorists to slide their way around current federal laws. JiaoJiao Shen has more from the Capitol.

House Republicans made proposals in hopes of eliminating easy loopholes in federal laws.

Representive Carl Bearden from St. Charles says prosecution of terrorists would be easier under the new proposals.
