House Republicans asks public for money ideas.

State Employees couldn't be forced to pay union fees if a Republican bill passes. Rebecca Gannon has the story from Jefferson City.

In a press conference, House Republicans announced the "State Employees Bill of Rights".

It's a collection of four bills promising security and added benefits for state employees.

Representative Larry Crawford says under one bill, state workers are protected from unauthorized paycheck deductions.

House Republican Leader Catherine Hanaway says efficient use of money, and lowered costs would leave state workers pocketing the extra dollars.
