The Associated Press is requesting access to information on state legislator's computers.

Chris Fink has the story from Jefferson City.

The AP is asking for information including which internet sites have been visited on government computers.

The House has approved the request, but the Senate says it needs to research what information it should provide.

Representative Quincy Troupe of St. Louis says he has nothing to hide, but has concerns about the request.

Contents: Senator Troupe says he doesn't think legislators should have to worry about looking over their shoulders every time they send an e-mail.

The House information services department says the request could be moot because legistators could easily delete the information.
