The Missouri lgislature sends bill allocating tobacco money to the Governor

A bill to use the tobacco settlement money to cover Missouri's budget shortfall is on its way to the Governor. Michelle Wirth has more from Jefferson City.

Lawmakers passed a bill taking money from the state tobacco settlement fund to pay for Missouri's budget shortfall. Festus Democratic Representative Mark Abel supported the bill all along.
