Slay lobbies lawmakers

This is Aaron Cummins in Jefferson City, where on the same day lawmakers debated redistricting proposals, Mayor Francis Slay says he'd like St. Louis city to keep its two Congressional seats.

Slay came to the capital to push for issues he says are important to the city.
