With a week-and-a-half to go in the Missouri legislative session, Governor Holden met today with both Senate and House leaders.

Senate President Pro Tem Peter Kinder says the leaders of both houses are committed to passing final bills related to redistricting and the budget by the end of the week. The deadline for passing the budget within the Missouri constitution is Friday.

But Kinder says no deal has been made yet on the Governor's transportation plan.

Kinder says if redistricting and the budget pass the legislature by Friday, they can deal with other key issues in the remaining days. From Jefferson City, Michelle Wirth KMOX-News.
