Matt Blunt Says He Won't Be Left Out

While Missouri inaugurated its state officers yesterday, Matt Blunt stood as the lone Republican taking an oath. Seth Bachelier has the story from Jefferson City...

The inauguration was dubbed "Bob Holden's" inauguration.

The Capitol was decorated and children watched the ceremonies from inside.

And Ronnie White, one of John Ashcroft's leading oppositions, gave the welcome address.

But, Secretary of State Matt Blunt, the lone Republican taking office, is still optimistic.

Blunt says that this administration can still get along as well as Carnahan's did.
