Mail room staff for House Representatives aren't wearing gloves

This is Kellie Applen with the Missouri Capitol Caucus.

Anthrax spores discovered 120 miles from Jefferson City have not prompted any changes in mail handling procedures at Missouri's state capitol.

Mail room employees for the Missouri House of Representatives aren't wearing gloves or any other protective gear, even in light of Anthrax spores discovered so close to home.

Mail handlers for the state Senate have been wearing gloves and while mail room director, Roger Henley said masks would probably be a good idea, he thinks for now, extra caution is enough.
