Holden returns from Governor's conference

Missouri's Governor-elect says a quarter-billion dollars in court-ordered tax refunds will hurt his plans for education and healthcare. Aaron Cummins has more from Jefferson City--

Bob Holden met with the media just a day after a court ruled against the state he'll lead.

The ruling says Missouri failed to return nearly 250-million dollars to taxpayers over the past five years.

Holden says losing that money would make his job more difficult.
