Rapublican Spokesman Wondering What's Taking So Long?

A Republican spokesman is raising a ruckus about the governor's office refusing to provide travel records. Kyle Elfrink has the story from Jefferson City.

Darryl Duwe says he is simply asking for the travel records of Governor Mel Carnahan from 1998 to 99. He made his original request last November and has yet to receive any response from Carnahan's office. This week he wrote another letter to the governor.

The Governor's office has offered no official response to Duwe's most recent request. They say they hope to have an answer for him by Friday.
