Capitol Flooded

Missouri government found itself sitting on a near lake this morning -- Tuesday morning. Kristin Marinec that story from Jefferson City:

It was a break in the main water line in the capital's basement that poored out nearly one-million gallons of water.

Although cleanup crews began working almost immediately, state officials estimate it will take several days to clean up the mess.

Mark Allen is the assistant director for Facilities Management.
