Blue Cross/Blue Shield Agreement with Attorney General May be Rejected

A settlement between Blue Cross/Blue Shield and the Missouri Attorney General may not be approved by a Cole County judge. Kyle Elfrink has the story from Jefferson City.

Later this week, a Cole County judge will hear on arguments for the proposed settlement between Blue Cross/Blue Shield and the Attorney General's Office. Kyle Elfrink has the story from Jefferson City.


Judge Thomas Brown has been advised to reject the settlement. Executive VP of Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Sandra Vantrese, says the judge would be overlooking support for a plan that gives 10 to 15 million dollars per year in medical care...
