Lawmakers react to failing of Proposition B

With the people of Missouri saying no to concealed weapons, state politicians are making a push for tougher gun laws.

Arshiya Syed has the story from the state capitol.

With Propositon B failing lawmakers are confident strictor gun control laws are on the horizon.

Representative Vicky Riback Wilson of Columbia an opponant of concelaed weapons said she fears the safety of the children who would be harmed.

house bill 658 which prohibits anyone to carry a firearm on school grounds or on a school bus may reach the house by next week.
