GOP legislatures say Senator J.B. "Jet" Banks should step down from office after pleading guilty to a felony. Kristin Marinec has that story from Jefferson City.

Banks' guilty plea is drawing criticism from some Republican lawmakers. Today he says he takes sole responsibility for pleading guilty to filing a false tax return.

Republican House Leader Delbert Scott says no elected official is above the law.
