Effects of Alabama abortion clinic blast reach Missouri.

The fatal explosion at an Alabama womens clinic unleashed fear at abortion clinics nationwide.

Melissa Phillips reports that as a result... mid-Missouri clinics are taking extra precautions.

Missouri's Planned Parenthood had already boosted security at their clinics in preparation for last week's anniversary of Roe V. Wade.

Mid Missouri and Eastern Kansas Planned Parenthood President Patty Brous says because of incidents like this they will continue taking additional safety measures.
