Two New Abortion Bills in Senate

The battle over partial-birth abortion rages on as frustrated senators introduce two new bills. Tristin Yeager reports from the state capital.

The first bill allows for partial-birth abortions if the life or bodily functions of the mother are at risk and enables violaters to be charged with a class A felony. The second bill is identical to the bill Carnahan vetoed in July and charges violators with a class D felony.
